I found one in Gündoğan — 110 m², small pool, nice stonework — for about €320,000. What’s nice is the lack of stairs, which is great for older residents or kids. These homes tend to sell fast due to limited supply. If you want privacy and a relaxed Mediterranean feel, it’s a fantastic choice. Just be ready to move quickly when a good one hits the market.
