a. Passport size photo
b. SSLC/Matriculation Certificate for proof of Age.
c. Final Degree Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate of relevant qualification.
d. Proof of norms for CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or letter grade/document for percentage/class issued by

joining/appointment letter and relieving letter (wherever applicable) needs to be attached to determine the
