Link for online application: https://proposal.sakshat.ac.in/scholarship/. The portal would be receiving applications till 16.00 hrs of 6th December 2022.
ELIGIBILTY:
(i) Applicant must be a Citizen of India.
(ii) Applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
(iii) Applicant meets all the qualification norms specified by the CSC,
(iv) Applicant must be available to start academic studies in the UK by the start of the UK academic year in September, 2023.
(v) By September 2023, hold a first degree of at least upper second class (2:1) honours standard, or a second class degree (2:2) and a relevant postgraduate qualification (usually a Master’s degree). The CSC would not normally fund a second UK Master’s degree. If you are applying for a second UK Master’s degree, you will need to provide justification as to why you wish to undertake this study

पात्रता:
(i) आवेदक भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए।

How to Complete the Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships in The United Kingdom 2023
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Candidates who do not possess the eligibility criteria need not apply.
Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
It is very important that applicants who are in employment to which they wish to return after completion of their studies in UK should have an assurance from their organization that on the final selection by the CSC, they will be granted sufficient leave to complete the study.
Candidates are requested to frequently visit the Ministry Website https://www.education.gov.in/en/scholarships as all further announcements will be uploaded there. Queries via e-mail may be directed to es3.edu@nic.in or by telephone at 011-26172492.
The nominated candidates will be informed through a public notice on the Ministry’s website.
Candidates are advised to apply first on the CSC OAS and save a copy of their submitted application in pdf as they would be required to upload this when applying on the SAKSHAT Portal.
Candidates must ensure that a valid email ID is given for their referees when applying on the CSC OAS as the referees will be sent an email request to submit the reference online.
Anti Fraud Policy of the CSC is enclosed at Annexure for information. Candidates should ensure that all the information provided by them in Sakshat Portal conforms to this Policy
Candidates must upload a signed copy declaring that she/he shall abide by the Anti Fraud Policy, which shall also be forwarded to the CSC.
