तलाकशुदा व्यक्ति दोबारा शादी कब कर सकता है?
हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम, 1955 की धारा 15 के अनुसार तलाकशुदा व्यक्ति पुनर्विवाह तब कर सकता है जब विवाह तलाक की डिक्री द्वारा भंग कर दिया गया हो या तो डिक्री के खिलाफ अपील करने का कोई अधिकार नही है और या यदि अपील करने का ऐसा अधिकार है तो अपील करने के समय का अवसान अपील पेश किए जाने के बिना हो गया है या अपील की गई है किन्तु खारिज कर दी गई है, तो तलाकशुदा व्यक्ति दोबारा विवाह कर सकता है।

According to section 15 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, a divorced person can remarry when the marriage has been dissolved by a decree of divorce, either with no right of appeal against the decree and or if there is such right of appeal. If the time for appealing has expired without the presentation of the appeal or the appeal has been made but dismissed, the person divorced may remarry.
